<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical and highly reliable gas-insulated disconnecting switch for restraining the occurrence of a grounding accident from an arc of interpolar discharge without enlarging a dimension of the whole disconnecting switch. <P>SOLUTION: This gas-insulated disconnecting switch has opposed fixed contact part and movable contact part in a metallic tank 12 for sealing insulating gas 11, has the fixed contact part having a fixed contact 18 and a fixed contact part side shield 17, and has the movable contact part having a movable contact part side shield 22 and a movable electrode 19 capable of contacting with and separating from the fixed contact part, and is characterized by arranging a barrier insulator 23 on the outer periphery of clearance between the fixed contact part and the movable electrode 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
