<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voting right exercise collection system capable of enabling voting by a plurality of voting methods and preventing overlapped counting by double voting. <P>SOLUTION: Each server responding to each voting method such as network, digital broadcasting, document, etc., records voting information received from a terminal unit 4 which is a terminal unit corresponding to each voting method, a digital television 5, and a terminal unit 6 in which document 6 by mail is inputted in each voting data base 26, 27, 28 corresponding to each voting method. When an acceptance period for voting right exercise ends beforehand, a collection server 25 samples each voting information corresponding to a key of stockholder ID from each voting data base 26, 27, 28.
