PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently emit an electron by using a fibered material.

SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 10 is stuck to the outermost surface of an electron source layer 3 composed of a baked conductive filler 3A and a conductive fiber 3B. A fibered conductive material 3B' is torn off together with a conductive filler 3A' of the outermost surface by tearing off this sheet, and a conductive material 3B is raised up, so that the fibered conductive material 3B is exposed in an electric field in an implanted state.
