PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition excellent in fluidity and having sufficient processability, particularly a rubber composition for a rubber vibration isolator, a crosslinked rubber obtained by crosslinking the rubber composition, and a molded rubber comprising the crosslinked rubber. SOLUTION: The rubber composition contains crosslinked particles derived from at least one kind of repeating units selected from conjugated diene units, acrylate units,α,β-unsaturated nitrile units and aromatic vinyl units, particularly conjugated diene units comprising e.g. butadiene, and repeating units comprising a monomer having two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups, and an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber comprising e.g. EPDM, and it has a ratio of the flow value (Q<SB>1</SB>) measured with a flow tester to the flow value (Q<SB>2</SB>) when it does not contain the crosslinked particles, (Q<SB>1</SB>/Q<SB>2</SB>), of 1.2 or higher, particularly 1.5 or higher.
