<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a control load by reducing the control signals output from the CPU to the motor driver (reducing the number of CPU output ports) and at the same time, allow the control substrate to be made compact through reduction of the motor drivers. <P>SOLUTION: The motor control apparatus has multiple motors of the same type, that are not made to rotate simultaneously and drives these motors to perform prescribed operations. The apparatus has a plurality of motor drivers M1, M2, connected in parallel to one motor driver 401 for driving the motors and is provided with a switch SW1 that connects to the motor driver of only the motor to be rotated, and a CPU 350 that controls the switching of the switch SW1, supplies drive current only to the motor to be driven and keeps the remaining motors in an unconnected state, thereby sharing one motor driver and selectively driving a plurality of motors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
