PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for performing a high sensitive enzyme amplifying assay that can quickly analyze with simplicity and quantitative sensitivity.

SOLUTION: In order to obtain the method and device for performing the high sensitive enzyme amplifying assay that can provide a quick analysis with simplicity and quantitative sensitivity and a high sensitive catalyst amplifying assay using a capillary electrophoretic format, bonding reaction with an analyte and an enzyme having a living body recognizing site and electrophoresis separation (using a detecting method for enzyme amplification) are combined.
