<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a system and a state of a working apparatus for constituting the system to be grasped from a remote place from which the system cannot be directly observed in a circuit board manufacturing system for assembling a printed circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A WWW server 804 is provided in a host computer 29 of the manufacturing system, and an operating efficiency of the manufacturing system and a state or the like of each working machines are delivered to a production supervisor or an apparatus manager by an HTTP via a LAN 800 or an Internet 802.
