<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin erect lens array for a linear scanning optical system, applicable to an image transmission device such as an optical printer or a scanner. <P>SOLUTION: Spherical or aspherical microlenses are densely and regularly arranged at a prescribed pitch on a resin lens plate manufactured by injection- molding, and the microlenses are arranged having a dense structure of a square (diamond) pattern. At a boundary part between respective microlenses, a groove or a projection is formed along the bisector 22 of a segment drawn between the centers of the microlenses, and a light absorbing film 24 is formed on the groove or the projection. Since a partitioning wall for partitioning an image forming space of adjacent lenses is formed in the groove or the projection part, stray light is effectively removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
