PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit which can be miniaturized and lightened and the dissipation power of which can be reduced, in a system using a solid-state imaging device. SOLUTION: Since a differential signal in which a noise component is removed by taking difference between the feedthrough level Vf and the data level Vd of an analog video signal output from the solid-stage imaging device 12 is generated, and the differential signal is amplified variably by a gain corresponding to the volume ratio of the volume value of a variable capacity element 22 to the volume value of the variable capacity element 24, the signal processing circuit has the same function as a conventional example extremely simple circuit constitution, and the signal processing circuit can be miniaturized and lightened and dissipation power can be reduced.
