<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally and efficiently perform maintenance for conveyance facility at physical distribution center whose inspection and maintenance are performed by a maintenance service company managed and operated by a management company. <P>SOLUTION: When an instruction for conveyance for the conveyance facility 13 is outputted from a high-order computer 11, a simulator 14 calculates operation results of the conveyance facility and its parts based on the instruction for conveyance, adds them to accumulated operation results of an operation result data base 16 to update them, and compares the updated accumulated operation results with basic data of a basic database to predict inspection and maintenance time of the conveyance facility and its parts. A management terminal unit 17 transmits the predicted prediction time to the management company 2 and the maintenance service company 3, and the management company 2 prepares work schedule from the prediction time and transmits it to the management company 2. The management company 2 prepares work request from the work schedule and transmits it to the maintenance service company 3.
