<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system, air-conditioning method and a program to execute the air-conditioning method with a computer capable of detecting and removing microbes in the air harmful to the human body to secure the safety of the human body swiftly and comprehensively. <P>SOLUTION: As to the air taken in, filtration of harmful microbes is performed by a harmful microbes filtering device capable of switching filter parts, and detection of harmful microbes is performed by a harmful microbes detecting device for analyzing samples collected from the intake side of the harmful microbes filtering device or from both of the intake and outlet side of the harmful microbes filtering device.
