PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for measuring a phosphoric acid that can quantitatively determine the phosphoric acid even when the concentration of the phosphoric acid in sample solution is 10-7M or less. SOLUTION: The measuring device 11 for the phosphoric acid is provided with a column 19 including a hydrophilic vinyl polymer having an imino-diacetic acid group supporting zirconium, a first liquid transmitting means 23 transmitting a sample containing the phosphoric acid to the column 19, and a second liquid transmitting means 35 transmitting base solution 33 from a reverse direction of a direction that transmitting the sample to the column 19.
