PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-dripping type flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition for office automation equipment and a household electric appliance, having excellent transparency and laser marking properties. SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin composition mainly of a rubber-reinforced polymer (a) produced by graft-polymerizing a monomer component (styrene, acrylonitrile and the like) containing≥50 wt.% of a (meth)acrylic ester compound (MMA or the like) in the presence of a rubbery polymer (polybutadiene or the like), (B) 5-20 pts.wt. of a phosphoric ester compound and/or condensed phosphoric ester compound and (C) 0-5 pts.wt. of a compound containing at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyether ester amide and polyether amide each containing 35-65 wt.% ethylene oxide unit, and a hydrogenated aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer.
