PURPOSE: A thin film transistor liquid crystal display integratedly forming a reset signal driving circuit, and a method for driving the same are provided to easily design a thin film transistor liquid crystal display having pad pitches small in size and number. CONSTITUTION: A data line driving circuit(10) controls a plurality of data lines(X1-Xm). Scan line driving circuits(20) control a plurality of gate lines(Y1-Yn). Switching elements and pixel electrodes are formed at crossing points of the data lines and the scan lines. A reset signal driving circuit(40) generates a reset signal by equalizing a reset control signal and a previous data signal by the data line. The reset signal driving circuit is integratedly formed on a matrix array substrate corresponding to the data lines.
