摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the number of screws necessary to make an only substrate material carry fixed strength to wind load of a solar cell module and to enable the solar cell module to fix only by the substrate material. <P>SOLUTION: When the solar cell module 20 is installed on a roof 10 of a new house 1, pull-out strength of the screw 30 to the substrate material 11 of the roof 10 is stored in the data base 40 by every kind of the substrate material 11 and the screw 30. The wind load W receiving by the module 20 as roofing is calculated. The kinds of the substrate material 11 for the house 1 and the screw are selected, and the pull-out strength F per screw to be selected is obtained from the data base 40. The number of screws 30 (N) necessary to make the only substrate material 11 carry the fixed strength of the module 20 is decided by the pull-out strength F and the wind load W to be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
