<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing network connection to one or more domains of a processor-based system. <P>SOLUTION: In a device comprising a storage unit and a control unit, the storage unit is constituted to store a domain list and a route list, the domain list contains a domain designated in the system, and the route list contains one or more routes usable for the communication with the domain.
