PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery that has characteristics of high output and maintaining the high output for a long period of time and its manufacturing method, and a lithium secondary battery using the same, and a battery pack module combining it plural pieces.

SOLUTION: This is a positive electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery which is made of an aggregated body in which oxides of a primary particle shape containing lithium and manganese are coagulated electrostatically and/or mechanically and the aggregated body is separated into individual primary particles by a physical outside force, and its manufacturing method, and a lithium secondary battery using the same, and a battery pack module combining it plural pieces.
