INK STICK FOR PRINTER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink stick for a printer, which has excellent mass productivity, neither deteriorates an operation environment nor causes a dimensional change and does not produce industrial waste and to provide a method for producing the same.

SOLUTION: The ink stick for the printer is obtained by compression molding a powdery or granular ink stick composition into a fixed shape. The ink stick for the printer is produced by packing the powdery or granular ink stick composition into a mold and pressure forming the composition.
