PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate composition which excels in both resistance to static electricity and pigment coating properties, a worm optical disk substrate using the same, and a worm optical disk.

SOLUTION: The polycarbonate composition comprises (a) a polycarbonate obtained by the transesterification method and (b) a compound having any of an ester bond, a carbonate bond, an amide bond, and a urethane bond in the molecule, an aromatic hydrocarbon group substituted with at least one alkyl group at the molecular terminal and a molecular weight of 300-8,000.
