<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional art which requires a user to possess a number of user devices such as an IC card that the handling of the devices is inconvenient, and the risk in theft or loss is high because impor tant data are contained in each of them. <P>SOLUTION: A user system is divided to a user client device and a user server device.
