<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for ink jet-printing capable of providing a printed material having an extended color-reproducing range by three dimensionally in L*a*b*, in the hue range of a yellow series, and to provide an ink set. <P>SOLUTION: This method for ink jet-printing for reproducing the hue of the yellow series on a cloth consisting of a polyamide-based fiber is provided by preparing two kinds of a yellow ink 1 and yellow ink 2 having different luminosities L* defined by the hue range [L*, a*, b* color expression series] on the cloth, and a grey ink, setting the luminosity L* of the ink 1 higher than that of the ink 2, in the case that the luminosity L* intending to reproduce on the cloth is higher than that of the ink 2, forming a secondary color having desired luminosity L* by overlapping the ink 1 and ink 2 on the cloth, and in the case that the luminosity L* intending to reproduce on the cloth is lower than that of the ink 2, forming a secondary color having desired luminosity L* by overlapping the ink 2 and the grey ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
