PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of increasing a part cost by that extent when covering the whole base board with a protective cover for the protection from a high voltage part appearing in a circuit board, and similarly increasing the part cost when using the expensive volume having a case with graduations for enhancing workability in a deflection yoke device for a cathode-ray tube having the circuit board having a circuit for driving a deflection coil. SOLUTION: A protective cap 2 formed of an insulating member is put on a tip part of a pin terminal 30 being the high voltage part of the circuit board 24 to cover the whole tip part. The caseless inexpensive volume is used for the adjusting volume 3, and the graduations for discriminating an adjusting position are formed on a part installing surface 24a of the circuit board 24.
