PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker box for back load horn of a layered struc ture. SOLUTION: The loudspeaker box for back load horn having a bent sound guide inside the speaker body, comprises two side plates 1, and a plurality of middle plates 2 interposed between the side plates 1. Bent walls 3 demarcating a sound guide by interworking with each other are formed in each middle plate 2, the middle plates 2 and the two side plates 1 are layered and tightened by bolts 6 to configure a bent sound guide demarcated by the bent walls inside the speaker body. Economically inexpensive NC machine processing is applied to a plurality of the middle plates 2 interposed between the two side plated 1 to equally form the bent walls 3 demarcating the sound guide and having only to laminate the middle plates 2 and the two side plates 1 and tighten them by bolts 6 can easily obtain the loudspeaker box having the sound guide with high accuracy inside the speaker body.
