PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility of design of a draw out apparatus on a housing side, and to improve the attachment workability of a connection plate. SOLUTION: There are provided a bottom plate 3 of a housing 1 of a switchgear to which an interlock 4, a stopper 5, etc., are attached, a draw out apparatus 6 which is withdrawably housed on the bottom plate 3, a forklift 9 by which the draw out apparatus 6 is drawn onto/withdrawn from the bottom plate 3, left and right forks 12 which are moved vertically along the masts 10 of the forklift 9, side plates 16 which are formed upward from the outside edges of both forks 12, connection plates 18 whose tip parts protrude from the tips of the forks 12, engagement protrusions 20 which protrude from the lower parts of the tips of both the connection plates 18, and engagement holes 21, which are formed through both sides of the bottom plate 3 and through which the engagement protrusions 20 are withdrawably inserted.
