PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent yellow fire flame from being caused by vaporization failure and uneven mixed gas in a carburetor of a combustion device. SOLUTION: This carburetor 13 includes an inclined surface 18 formed by inclining part of a vaporizing surface 17, a plurality of protruding parts 21 to 23 provided on the inclined surface 18. The protruding parts 21 to 23 are individually arranged under vaporizing surface regions 49 which are used by respective areas of a plurality of steps which are changed by an air adjuster for vaporization. Thus, even if the vaporizing surface regions 49 to be used are changed, the protruding parts 21 to 23 corresponding to the vaporizing surface regions, receive the liquid fuel traveling along the inclined surface 18 to promote vaporization. Therefore, the occurrence of yellow fire flame caused by vaporization failure and vaporized gas of uneven concentration, and the occurrence of white smoke of the carburetor caused by the accumulation of liquid fuels can be prevented.
