PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define relation between size of an electrothermal module and size of a refrigerator, and required size of a radiating plate when an outer box is used as a radiating plate for heat exchange without using a radiation fan or a forced cooling fan to make a refrigerating and heating box using the electrothermal module small, light and excellent in portability. SOLUTION: A whole of an outer box is constructed as a radiating plate and is constructed small and light with an electric power source provided. The relation of sizes between the electrothermal module and the outer box as the radiating plate.
