<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor luminaire capable of increasing illuminance at a distant spot when it is installed outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: This outdoor luminaire 1 is provided with a luminaire body 11 having an opening 11a formed on its lower surface. The opening 11a of the luminaire body 11 is covered with a globe 13 having an opening 13a formed on its inside. A pair of reflectors 16 are provided on the inside of the luminaire body 11, and a fluorescent lamp 22 is provided on the inside of the globe 13, so as to be positioned outside the opening 11a of the luminaire body 11 and outside the opening 16a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
