<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize hardware resources in a microcomputer with built-in EEP-ROM. <P>SOLUTION: This single chip-type microcomputer comprises a CPU 1, a storing area of a user program executed by the CPU 1, the EEP-ROM 4 having a data storing area, a mask ROM 3 having an area storing a write control program for performing the write to the EEP-ROM 4, and an input and output means. The write control program is written in the EEP-ROM 4 by stopping the CPU 1 on the basis of the control from the external of the microcomputer, and the user program has the command to transfer the CPU 1 to the processing for writing the data into the EEP-ROM 4 on the basis of the write control program. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
