摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand an effective display area without reducing light quantity and to attain a thin and lightweight shape in a liquid crystal display device.

SOLUTION: A protrusion 2a is formed on a resin spacer formed by forming a thin resin material having elastic force integrally with a metal frame 1 inside the metal frame, and a liquid crystal display panel 5 is fixed utilizing the elastic force of the protrusion 2a. The resin spacer is formed by using the resin material having high reflectance and light from a light guide plate 6 is effectively utilized to avoid luminosity reduction.
