PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal digital assistant capable of obtaining the self- plan information by simple operation through the network in a short time.

SOLUTION: A keyword necessary for retrieving the information is extracted from a schedule held on a memory of this personal digital assistant to retrieve the information relating to the plan by a server on the network on the basis of the keyword, and a result of the retrieval is displayed in relation to the plan on the schedule.
