<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user (purchaser) side to evaluate the function of a commodity before purchasing the commodity, and to allow a user to evaluate the function of the commodity by an inexpensive technique for the maker side. <P>SOLUTION: The user B downloads a simulation program from a maker A, and displays a virtual robot on a monitor 2 of a user terminal 1, and returns developed learning data to the maker A after developing the learning function by operating the virtual robot by a mouse 4. The maker A records the received learning data on an actual robot 7, and sells the robot to the user B.
