<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delinquent management system capable of managing a delinquent who cannot pay within the deadline for payment until predetermined procedures are taken by an electronic computer, reducing burden of a person in charge of levy, using information in common, and improving the efficiency of office work processing. <P>SOLUTION: This delinquent management system is provided with a nonpayment situation managing means for managing nonpayment situation of the delinquent, a receipt progress managing means for managing progress of receipt by the delinquent, a notification notice issuing means for issuing a notification notice for the delinquent, and an achievement managing means for managing an achievement for the issued notification notice.
