PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for conveying information on an obstacle for walking, when a user needs such information (the user is present on the site), without the provision of a specific attention-attracting sign on the site. SOLUTION: Each piece of obstacle information is managed and accumulated on a cyber space by position. Further, a terminal position obtainment means is provided in a user terminal, and obstacle information corresponding to the position obtained by the position obtainment means is delivered, so that the obstacle information corresponding to the position is conveyed by voice or the like through the user terminal.
