PURPOSE: A system for a payment service using a bluetooth device and a method thereof are provided to enable a purchaser, who possesses a mobile communication device having a bluetooth device, to purchase a commodity and a service promptly while executing a payment at on/off-line store. CONSTITUTION: A web server(500) is connected to a communication network(100) such as the Internet, sells a commodity and a service, and executes a payment request function. A purchaser possesses a mobile communication device(400) including a bluetooth device(480). A purchaser PC(300) including a bluetooth device(380) is connected to the communication network(100). A payment server(600) in a financial institution is connected to the communication network(100) and executes a payment approval. A main server(200) in a payment service is connected to the communication network(100), receives information of the purchaser, joins the purchaser as a member, executes a bluetooth device and purchaser authentication service, and executes a payment service. The main server(200) receives payment request information of the purchaser from the web server(500), authenticates the bluetooth device of the purchaser and the purchaser through the PC(300), and receives a payment approval from the payment server(600). In addition, the payment approval information is transmitted to the main server(200), the purchaser, and the web server(500) interactively.
