<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy control of a plurality of electronic apparatuses irrespective of positions of the apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: When an infrared rays signal outputted from a light emitting part 42 of a remote-controller 40 is received by a light receiving part 12 of a VTR 10, the signal is converted to a signal for remote-controlling a television receiver 1 on the basis of data stored in an EEPROM included in the VTR 10, and transmitted to a cable mouse 20 via a cable 30.
