<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for attaching a hard disk microactuator to a slider device, which are capable of improving the accuracy and uniformity of slider bonding. <P>SOLUTION: A projected part 708 is formed on each arm of a microactuator 704 having a U-shaped structure constituted of first and second arms, one end thereof being connected to an actuator base part, and a recessed area 702 for receiving the part 708 is disposed on a side face opposite a slider 706. Thus, the rotational movement of the slider 706 in a Z-Y plane is prevented with respect to the microactuator 704 during curing of an adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
