<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost management system capable of managing requirements of the ISO 9001 and of saving labor for ISO 9001 management. <P>SOLUTION: An ISO 9001 requirements management section 5 has a function of storing data from an input section 1 in a data memory unit 3 as requirements-related data, a function of compiling various forms for meeting ISO requirements by using the cost management data stored in the memory unit 3 and the requirements-related data, a function of outputting the compiled forms for display on a display unit 2, and a function of printing out the forms at a printer unit 6.
