ACCOUNTING DATA INPUT SYSTEM IN CHART FORMAT CORRESPONDING TO EVERY CLASSIFICATION OF ACCOUNTING TRANSACTION DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify input and improve the input efficiency by sharply reducing a vertical scroll operation necessary for menu selection.

SOLUTION: This system is provided with an input means for selecting different input formats according to the classifications of data to be inputted, and those input formats are provided as a list chart format wherein items whose menu selection is necessary are displayed in the vertical item column, and each input item is arranged in the horizontal items, so that it is necessary only to directly input data to the input item in the line pertinent to the contents of the vertical item. Thus, it is possible to sharply reduce any scroll operation required for selecting the item from the menu items, and to arrange only the items necessary for the input in each input format to simplify the input.
