PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing method and an information processor for providing information from information collection apparatuses to terminals by a server and for efficiently providing moving picture information collected by many information collection devices.

SOLUTION: The terminal is linked with the information collecting apparatuses for collecting the prescribed number of moving image items requested by the terminal among a plurality of the information collecting apparatuses, the corresponding information collecting apparatuses is made to directly distribute the prescribed number of moving image information items to the terminal and the terminal composites the prescribed number of the distributed moving images on the predetermined prescribed picture and displays the composited moving image.
