<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive glass for a photoelectronic conversion element used for a dye sensitive solar cell or the like of which, surface resistivity is reduced to a great extent and photoelectric conversion efficiency is heightened so as not to reduce the transmission quantity of light. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive glass for a photoelectric conversion element is formed by forming a transparent conductive film 12 such as ITO, FTO on a glass plate 21 and forming a grid 13 made of metal thin film on the transparent conductive film 12. The grid 13 made of gold, silver, platinum, or the like with a thickness of 1-20 μm, of which, the plane shape is formed into a grid- shape, a comb tooth-shape or the like, and the open area ratio is 90-99%, is formed by a plating method. The sheet resistivity of the conductive glass is 1-0.01 Ω/square and light transmission rate at the wave length of 550 nm is 60-90%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
