PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the switching time of cameras having different specifications. SOLUTION: This camera system comprises cameras 201, 202, and 203; and a camera control part 100 for controlling them. The camera 202 is a non-standard camera having a large pixel number, and the cameras 201 and 203 are standard cameras having small pixel numbers.
