PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly lay rope at an effective place against a ship running away at the maximum speed by inputting necessary data such as the speed of other ship, the wind speed, height and an angle of incidence automatically shooting rope at an optimum timing with using a radio control channel. SOLUTION: A multi cannel controller of different frequencies is necessary and digitalization not to be disturbed is preferable.
