PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold and heat insulator for a drink package foldable in compact and easy to use. SOLUTION: A heat retaining body is stored along at least a part of a cylindrical surface of a main body 10 to enable to crush the main body under a condition that the heat retaining body is stored in the cylindrical main body 10 whose hollow part can be crushed in a flat shape.
