PURPOSE: A method for folding an airbag cushion for a driver's seat is provided to prevent the expansion pressure of the cushion from being directly influenced on drivers by facing an initial unfolding direction of the cushion toward the drivers in a collision and to expand the airbag cushion toward a side in the initial unfolding of the cushion. CONSTITUTION: A method for folding an airbag cushion for a driver's seat is composed of steps of forming rolls by folding the cushion to the center thereof and the circumference of a supporting part several times, based on a folded part, after crosswise folding the cushion from both ends with a predetermined width, and forming rolls(79') by folding the cushion toward the center thereof and the circumference of the supporting part several times with being based on a folded part after perpendicularly folding the cushion from both ends thereof at a regular width. |
