PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device whose size is reduced and whose capacity is increased. SOLUTION: The storage device 10 includes: an electron beam generating means 12 to generate a electron beam flow; and a storage medium 16 having a storage area for storage which takes one of a plurality of states for storing information, and approaches the electron beam generating means.
