PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which utilizes reluctance torque having small cogging torque, without largely changing the design. SOLUTION: Since 9 rotor is constituted with rotor cores displaced in the direction of rotation, the positions of rotor slits are not aligned with the positions of the teeth of a stator, even when the rotor is rotated; as a result, cogging torque is reduced.
