PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast system that automates confirmation as to whether or not sponsor contents are accurately automated in data broadcast or the like, simplifies the job, and attains confirmation at a receiver side so as to realize confirmation with higher accuracy. SOLUTION: The invention provides the broadcast system for broadcasting digitized contents. The system includes: a contents management server 4 for storing contents data 5 associated with broadcasting; a business broadcast system 3 for generating a transmission confirmation information file 9 in which information with respect to the contents data 5 is described; a transmission system 6 for acquiring the contents data 5 and the transmission confirmation information file 9 and for composing them into one module and for transmitting the composed module; a decoder 10 for receiving the transmitted module and extracting the transmission confirmation information file 9 in the module, and a collation system 3a for acquiring the transmission confirmation information file 9 generated by the business broadcast system 3 and for acquiring the transmission confirmation information file 9 extracted by the decoder 10 and generating a broadcast confirmation document 8 on the basis of the collation result.
