PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage variable resistor which solves the problem of hardly sufficiently filling of a through-hole of a board for the high-voltage variable resistor with a conductive paste or the like by the irregularity of printing conditions in the high-voltage variable resistor, having a base material forming at least a resistor and a land electrode on the surface and the through- hole, formed on the land electrode for making the obverse and reverse of the base material at the lowest electrically continuous.
