PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an exhausting direction by providing a plurality of guides for positioning the exhausting direction in the case of exhausting radiated hot air from a fan provided inside of a casing to outside and controlling these guides in a video display such as a liquid crystal projector. SOLUTION: This system comprises a cooling apparatus such as the fan for cooling and heat-radiating a heating area inside of the apparatus, the plurality of exhausting guides for fixing the exhausting direction from the fan, a controller for controlling opening and closing of these guides, an operation panel provided for operating from a casing side for being linked with the controller, and a remote apparatus such as a remote controller provided for performing remote control operation.
