PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line analyzer capable of considerably improving an exchange cycle of an in-line filter and performing stable continuous measurement. SOLUTION: The on-line analyzer, which injects a sample measured by a measuring tube into a separation column by an eluant through the in-line filter, and comprises a detector for detecting an object of analysis separated, is characterized in that it has a cleaning means for sending the eluant to the in-line filter in the opposite direction to the passing direction of the sample after performing analysis.
